通过还原粉化试验,分别研究CaCl2、Ca2+和Cl-对钒钛烧结矿RDI+3.15的影响。研究表明CaCl2加入量在4/万时,钒钛烧结矿的RDI+3.15大于90%,满足高炉生产要求。单独喷洒Ca2+对低RDI+3.15几乎没有影响;单独喷洒Cl-对提高RDI+3.15起到了一定了作用,但效果没有喷洒CaCl2好。加入混合添加剂使其Cl-含量降低33%左右时,效果与单独喷洒CaCl2几乎相同。通过高炉氯平衡计算可知低氯添加剂使入炉总氯量降低20%,进一步验证低氯添加剂对降低入炉氯含量有效。
Through the reduction pulverization test, the effects of CaCl2, Ca2 + and Cl- on RDI + 3.15 of vanadium-titanium sinter were studied respectively. The results show that when the dosage of CaCl2 is 4/10000, the RDI + 3.15 of vanadium-titanium sinter is more than 90%, which meets the requirements of blast furnace production. Spraying Ca2 + alone had almost no effect on low RDI + 3.15; spraying Cl- alone was instrumental in raising RDI + 3.15 but did not work well with CaCl2. Add mixed additives to reduce the Cl-content of about 33%, the effect is almost the same as spraying CaCl2 alone. Calculated through the blast furnace chlorine balance shows low chlorine additives to reduce the total chlorine intake of 20%, to further verify the low chlorine additives to reduce the chlorine content of the furnace into effective.
