民办职业技术学院教师与公办职院相比民办职院教师没有国家编制,员工对企业的忠诚度相对较低,且企业以营利为目的,教师工作压力较大;而与其他行业企业相比工作积极性不高,因为现行的薪酬制度没有充分体现教师职业和教师劳动的特点,过于强调教师的奉献意识,忽视了教师的基本需求。本文重点探讨现行的民办职业技术学院教师薪酬制度的不足,并以此为出发点,分析了相应的改革措施和对策,以达到充分发挥薪酬制度的激励功能,实现调动教师工作积极性的目的,为民办高校的可持续发展奠定基础。
