采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C_(18)柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,在265nm波长下,对25%异丙威·噻嗪酮悬浮剂进行定量测定,此方法的线性关系分别为0.9997和0.9999;相对标准偏差分别为0.4%和1.9%;平均回收率分别为99.22%和99.13%。
The antimicrobial activity of 25% isopuvlulone and buprofezin was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with C 18 column and UV detector using methanol + water as the mobile phase at a wavelength of 265 nm. The linear relationship was 0.9997 and 0.9999 respectively. The relative standard deviations were 0.4% and 1.9% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.22% and 99.13% respectively.
