目的:选取穴位贴敷治疗哮喘患者,观察其诱发的急性接触性皮炎严重程度与TSLP、Th2细胞的相关性。方法:选取169例哮喘缓解期患者,在三伏天采用穴位贴敷治疗,依据贴敷后皮肤反应程度分为轻度组及中重度组,观察两组皮炎炎症严重程度与胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)、Th2细胞表达数量及分布部位的相关性。结果:轻度组单核、淋巴细胞及少量嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)分布于真皮血管周围;中重度组真皮血管周围分布大量单核、淋巴细胞、EOS。轻度组TSLP少量分布于角质层和真皮层血管周围,少量Th2细胞分布于真皮血管周围;中重度组大量TSLP和Th2细胞分布于角质层和真皮层血管周围。结论:穴位贴敷治疗哮喘诱发急性接触性皮炎局部TSLP与Th2细胞分布部位相同,表达数量与皮炎严重程度呈正向关系。
Objective: To observe the relationship between the severity of acute contact dermatitis and TSLP and Th2 cells in patients with asthma treated by acupoint sticking. Methods: A total of 169 asthmatic patients with remission were selected and treated with acupoint sticking on the third day. According to the degree of skin reaction after application, the patients were divided into mild group and moderate-severe group. The severity of dermatitis inflammation and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), Th2 cell number and distribution of the location of the correlation. Results: Mild mononuclear cells, lymphocytes and a small amount of eosinophils (EOS) were distributed around perivascular blood vessels. A large number of monocytes, lymphocytes and EOS were distributed around the dermal vessels in moderate and severe groups. A slight amount of TSLP was distributed around the blood vessels of the stratum corneum and dermis, a small amount of Th2 cells were distributed around the dermal vessels, while a large number of TSLP and Th2 cells were distributed around the blood vessels of the stratum corneum and dermis in the moderate and severe groups. Conclusion: Acupoint sticking treatment of acute contact dermatitis caused by asthma local TSLP and Th2 cell distribution sites, the number of positive expression and the severity of dermatitis.
