分析了沥青路面泛油现象的几种经典定义和机理解释,指出经典泛油机理解释存在的困难,认为沥青路面泛油问题有更本质的材料学原理。从高分子材料流变学角度分析了沥青的“剪切变稀”、“爬杆迁移”、“挤出胀大”和“无管虹吸”等基本流变学行为,完善了刘立新提出的沥青路面泛油机理,提出实际工况下沥青路面泛油机理的“蚯蚓效应”模型。沥青改性机理分析表明:化学改性改变了沥青的分子结构和分子量分布,增强了沥青的弹性效应;沥青化学改性有双重效果,既增加了沥青高温抗车辙能力,也提高了沥青的弹性效应,在条件合适时会引发沥青路面泛油。应用“蚯蚓效应”模型泛油机理很好地解释了有关文献调查发现的新型泛油现象。最后定性分析了路面温度、剪应力大小和剪切速率、纤维和矿粉填料、时间以及改性沥青路面层间沥青浓度差异等对路面泛油的影响。
This paper analyzes several classical definitions and mechanism explanations of the phenomenon of oil flooding on asphalt pavement, and points out the difficulties existing in the classical oil flooding mechanism.
