针对悬架硬点位置设计时的低效率、低创新性及高继承性,研究悬架硬点位置对K&C特性灵敏度影响,可为悬架设计提供有效的指导依据。文章通过分析前悬架的结构组成并进行简化,建立了某车型麦弗逊前悬架动力学模型,分析了悬架的K&C特性,通过对比结果显示悬架的K&C特性符合规定标准,表明建立的悬架模型是正确的并可以进行仿真试验。利用改变硬点位置后的K&C特性评价指标变化值,分析了悬架硬点位置对悬架K&C特性影响的灵敏度,并详细阐述了硬点位置影响K&C特性的原因,为汽车逆向设计中悬架特性的调整提供理论支持。
Aiming at the low efficiency, low innovation and high inheritance of hard point design, the research on the sensitivity of K & C characteristics by the location of suspension hard point can provide an effective guide for suspension design. By analyzing the structure of the front suspension and simplifying it, the dynamic model of a McPherson front suspension is established and the K & C characteristics of the suspension are analyzed. The K & C characteristics of the suspension are shown by the comparison results to show that the established The suspension model is correct and can be simulated. The sensitivity of K & C characteristics of suspension is analyzed by changing the value of K & C characteristic index after changing the position of hard spot. The reason of affecting K & C characteristics of suspension is analyzed in detail. Features to provide theoretical support for the adjustment.
