为研究微量元素与克山病病因和发病机制的关系,在前两批测定我省克山病病区与非病区粮食(1971—1973年)中微量元素的基础上,为了验证前两批的结果及进一步探讨病区与非病区粮食中微量元素含量差异及年度差异,本次用原子吸收光谱法测定了富裕县七个病区大队与七个非病区大队连续三年(1975—1977年)的玉米、小米、小麦和黄豆共149份样品中的铜、锌、锰、铁、钼五种人体必需微量元素及常量元素钙含量。
