研究基于化工标准的316L不锈钢在腐蚀过程中表面Ni-P镀层的腐蚀行为有重要的科研意义。本文在316L不锈钢表面镀Ni-P层,并对其腐蚀过程进行了进一步研究。结果表明,316L不锈钢表面镀Ni-P层,并且采取适当的热处理工艺,可以显著地改善316L不锈钢在强酸环境和高温环境下的抗腐蚀能力。
It is of great scientific significance to study the corrosion behavior of Ni-P coating on the surface of 316L stainless steel based on chemical standards. In this paper, Ni-P layer is plated on the surface of 316L stainless steel and its corrosion process is further studied. The results show that the 316L stainless steel surface Ni-P layer, and take appropriate heat treatment process can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel in a strong acid environment and high temperature environment.
