目的：介绍新型抗抑郁药帕罗西汀的临床应用。方法：对近年来相关文献资料进行归纳、综述。结果：帕罗西汀耐受性好、选择性强，适用于各型抑郁症。结论：帕罗西汀是一种值得推广应用的抗抑郁药物。
