采用《药典》规定的天南星质量鉴别标准，并结合对小鼠的毒性反应为指标，优选出消除天南星毒副作用最佳辅料为白矾。通过比较提出了两种炮制合理的新工艺。中试证明新工艺用于大生产是可行的。
The use of the Arginine quality identification standard specified in the “Pharmacopoeia” and combined with the toxicity response of mice as indicators, the best excipient for eliminating the side effects of the Arisa nebulus was selected as the white peony. Through comparison, two kinds of reasonable new processes are proposed. The pilot test proved that the new process is feasible for large-scale production.
