研究了水/正十二烷相转移体系中汉逊德巴利酵母(Debaryomyces hansenii)细胞催化4-(3,4-亚甲二氧苯基)-2-丁酮的不对称还原,分别考察了相体积比、反应温度、缓冲液pH、底物浓度、细胞量等因素对产率和产物对映体过量率(e.e.)的影响。结果表明,该体系中不对称还原反应的优势产物主要为(+)-4-(3,4-亚甲二氧苯基)-2-丁醇。当水/正十二烷两相体积比为10/2.5(mL/mL)、底物浓度为10 mmol/L、细胞量为2.0 g时,在温度30℃,体系pH值9.0下反应48 h,产率和产物e.e.值可分别达到84.5%和97.1%。
The asymmetric reduction of 4- (3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -2-butanone catalyzed by Debaryomyces hansenii cells was investigated in water / n-dodecane phase transfer system The effects of phase volume ratio, reaction temperature, buffer pH, substrate concentration, cell mass and other factors on yield and enantiomeric excess (ee) of the product were investigated.
