语文教学任务重,涉及字、词、句、段、篇,听、说、读、写、议等各个方面。教师一般会布置以下常规作业:预习、作业、词语、背诵、作文、日记、周记、阅读积累、摘抄等,有的学校还有练习册、天天练等,大概10项左右。很多教师能批改完已经很不错了,反馈和面批根本没有时间。个别教师根本批改不完,常规检查中经常被批评。学生减负了,教师却更累。怎样给教师也减减负?方法有二三:(1)减少重复作业,减轻学生负担,同时也减轻教师负担。(2)提高教师自身工作效率,无效的讲解、重复的练习、无探究意义的问题以及过度的发散等消耗了大量的时间和精力的工作,可以减少。(3)提高作业实效,就要改进作业批改与反馈的方法,避免无效劳动,让作业发挥最大的效益。笔者结合我校的“打造高效课堂,提高课堂时效”“餐桌式教学”“小组合作学习”“星级评价”等教学模式,把自己在作业批改上的几点小做法总结如下。

(3) To improve the operational effectiveness, we must improve the methods of job modification and feedback to avoid ineffective work and maximize the benefits of homework. The author combined my school “to create efficient classroom, improve classroom time ” “table teaching ” “group cooperative learning ” “star rating ” and other teaching mode, Small practices are summarized below.
