为达到培养具有创新精神与实践能力的合格人才的高校教育教学目标,法理学课程的教学应该实施理论与实践相结合的教学模式,改变传统的单纯的理论教学模式。实践教学环节的设计应首先明确法理学实践教学的培养目标和方向,规范和完善传统的诸如课程论文、模拟法庭、调查报告等法理学实践教学形式,并能创造性开展丰富多样的、适合本校的新的实践教学形式。
In order to achieve the goal of cultivating qualified personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability in higher education, the teaching of jurisprudence course should combine the teaching mode of combining theory with practice, and change the traditional simple theory teaching mode.
