本文调查汉、英语篇在主位数目上的差异,重点在于观察、记录和分析语篇里的主位数目英译时实现的增幅。笔者认为,这为我们形成一些翻译策略,解决各类语篇英译时的主位安排问题提供了依据 This article investigates the differences in the number of thematic passages between Chinese and English, with the emphasis on observing, documenting and analyzing the increase achieved in the English translation of the number of thematic passages in the discourse.
