在市场经济国际化的发展趋势下,网络科技的高度发达以及多元化的文化冲击,给现阶段的中学德育教育与管理带来了一定的挑战。现阶段的中学德育教育面临着复杂性、多元性、挑战性、对变化以及综合性的问题,这也就意味着在中学的德育教育管理过程中,要注重学生的品格教育,通过对学生的励志立品提高学生的综合素质能力。因此,基于现阶段的社会背景在中学德育教学过程中要进行精细化的教育模式,细化教育管理模块,科学的、合理的、规范的开展相关德育工作。本文主要分析了中学德育管理工作开展过程中校长起到的重要作用,以及德育校长“五精细”的具体内容。
Under the trend of internationalization of market economy, the highly developed network technology and diversified cultural impact have posed certain challenges to the current moral education and management of middle schools. This article mainly analyzes the important role that the principal plays in the process of moral education management in middle schools and the concrete content of the principal of moral education.
