发动机遇有漏气故障,则压缩终了压力和温度以及燃烧压力都得降低,其结果必然导致发动机起动困难、功率不足和油耗增加。漏气故障严重者,发动机甚至无法起动运转。发动机漏气的途径有: (1)缸盖螺丝不紧、缸垫密封不良,气体窜出机外; (2)活塞、活塞环和气缸筒间隙过大,活塞环弹力不足或“对口”等,故使气体漏入曲轴箱;
