目的 探讨不同人群血清中人SARS冠状病毒抗体和动物SARS样冠状病毒抗体所表达的意义及其之间关系。方法 应用人SARS冠状病毒和动物SARS样冠状病毒抗原片进行间接免疫荧光 (IFA)定性和半定量试验 ,检测 2 3份一般人群、2 5份动物市场从业人员和 74份SARS病人的SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体阳性 (ELISA法检测 )血清样本 ,并进行比较分析。结果 2 3份一般人群、2 5份动物市场从业人员和 74份SARS病人的血清样本的IFA阳性率分别为 73 91 %、6 8 0 0 %和1 0 0 0 0 % ,在IFA阳性人群中其血清样本既能对人SARS冠状病毒也能对动物SARS样冠状病毒产生反应的分别占 1 0 0 0 0 % (1 7/ 1 7)、6 4 71 % (1 1 / 1 7)和 94 5 9% (70 / 74 ) ;70 5 9% (1 2 / 1 7)一般人群和76 4 7% (1 3/ 1 7)动物从业人员其血清中的动物SARS样冠状病毒抗体水平高于人SARS冠状病毒 ;而SARS病人血清中的人SARS冠状病毒与动物SARS样冠状病毒抗体水平以两者相同和前者高于后者为多 ,分别占 5 6 76 % (4 2 / 74 )和 33 78% (2 5 / 74 )。结论 不同人群血清中的人SARS冠状病毒抗体和动物SARS样冠状病毒抗体两者之间均存在着一定的交叉反应现象 ,从血清学上提示了人SARS冠状病毒与动物SARS样冠状病毒之间存在着很高的同源性 ;人SARS冠状?
Objective To investigate the significance of human SARS coronavirus antibody and SARS-like coronavirus antibody in different human serum and its relationship. Methods The qualitative and semi-quantitative indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) of human SARS coronavirus and animal SARS-like coronavirus antigens were used to detect SARS coronavirus in 23 general population, 25 animal market practitioners and 74 SARS patients IgG antibody positive (ELISA test) serum samples, and comparative analysis. Results IFA positive rates of 73 91%, 68 0% and 100 000% in serum samples from 23 general population, 25 animal market practitioners and 74 SARS patients were significantly higher in IFA positive population Serum samples of these samples not only reacted to human SARS-CoV but also to SARS-like coronavirus in animals, accounting for 100% (17/7), 7411% (11/7), and 94 The prevalence of SARS-like coronavirus (SARS-like coronavirus) was higher in the serum of 70 5 9% (1 2/7 7) and 76 4 7% (1 3/7 7) animal practitioners Human SARS coronavirus.
