采用S-570型扫描电镜附设能谱仪和X射线衍射仪对连续式气氛保护淬火炉马弗罐腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明:腐蚀表面的白色固体为CaCO_3,马弗罐内表面腐蚀锈块及晶界处存在Cl、S、Ca等元素。马弗罐报废的主要原因是选用了CaCl_2水溶液作为淬火介质。
The reason of corrosion of muffle can of continuous atmosphere quenching furnace was analyzed by using S-570 scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the white solid on the surface of the corrosion is CaCO_3, the corrosion of rust on the inner surface of the muffle and the presence of Cl, S, Ca and other elements in the grain boundary. The main reason why the muffle can be scrapped is to use CaCl 2 solution as the quenching medium.
