目的探讨不同剂量的高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)辐照VX2兔肝肿瘤后增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况及意义。方法 72只荷瘤兔按剂量随机分0W、60W、80W、100W、120W、140W、160W、180W、200W共9个组,单次辐照后24h处死,检测PCNA在VX2肿瘤靶区及肿瘤与正常组织交界处的表达情况。结果随辐照剂量的增加,PCNA在VX2肿瘤靶区阳性表达率逐渐下降(P<0.05),且功率<100W时,阳性表达率与辐照剂量呈线性负相关;PCNA在交界处阳性表达率先上升后下降(P<0.05),但其与辐照剂量间无线性相关性。结论了解HIFU单次辐照剂量与PCNA表达规律之间的关系有利于HIFU治疗选择适宜剂量。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in VX2 rabbit liver tumor irradiated by different doses of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods Totally 72 tumor bearing rabbits were randomly divided into 9 groups (0W, 60W, 80W, 100W, 120W, 140W, 160W, 180W and 200W) Normal tissue junctional expression. Results With the increase of radiation dose, the positive expression rate of PCNA in VX2 tumor target area gradually decreased (P <0.05), and the positive expression rate was negatively correlated with the radiation dose when the power was less than 100W. The positive expression rate of PCNA (P <0.05), but there was no linear correlation between dose and radiation dose. Conclusion Understanding the relationship between the single dose of HIFU and the expression of PCNA is beneficial to the choice of suitable dosage for HIFU treatment.
