目的 :考察左炔诺孕酮聚 β 羟基丁酸酯微球 (LNG PHB MS)的抗生育持续时间。 方法 :通过小鼠抗生育实验 ,采用随机分组 ,不同剂量给药 ,对小鼠阴栓检出时间、生育时间、产仔数、生育率、死亡率等进行评价。结果 :给药剂量为 12 0 ,6 0 ,30 ,10mg·kg-1的微球组其避孕时间分别为 96 ,6 9.3,5 0 .4 ,2 7.2d ,各剂量组的避孕时间有显著性差异 ;而剂量为 12 0mg·kg-1和 6 0mg·kg-1的原药组死亡率高于 70 % ,剂量为 30mg·kg-1和 10mg·kg-1的原药组仅能维持 34.4d和 11.9d的避孕效果。结论 :LNG PHB MS不仅能显著延长避孕时间 ,而且能明显地降低毒副作用和给药剂量。PHB材料对小鼠的性行为和生殖机能无干扰
Objective: To investigate the anti-fertility duration of levonorgestrel poly (β-hydroxybutyrate) microspheres (LNG PHB MS). Methods: The mice were tested for antifertility, randomized to different doses, and the detection time, birth time, litter size, fertility rate and mortality of mice were evaluated. Results: The contraceptive time of the microspheres group administered with doses of 120, 60, 30 and 10 mg · kg-1 were 96, 6, 9.3, 5.04 and 2 7.2 days respectively, and the contraceptive time of each dose group was significant The difference was significant between the two groups (P> 0.05). The mortality of the original drug group was higher than 70% at doses of 120 mg · kg-1 and 60 mg · kg-1, and only 30 mg · kg-1 and 10 mg · kg-1 34.4d and 11.9d contraceptive effect. CONCLUSION: LNG PHB MS not only significantly prolongs the duration of contraception, but also significantly reduces the side effects and dosage. PHB material on the sexual behavior and reproductive performance of mice without interference
