介绍了一种新型的化学发泡气体充填与固体充填减轻制备的低密度低温深水水泥浆体系,并对其在海洋深水环境下的性能进行了系统的室内评价研究。结果表明,所制得的气固双充填泡沫水泥浆体系具有较好的低温稠化性能,并且在较高的室内温度下具有较好的安全作业保证时间,其直角凝固特征保证了深水水泥浆对浅层流的有效抑制。能满足深水固井作业的要求。
A new type of low density, low temperature and deepwater cement slurry system with chemical foaming gas filling and solid filling mitigation was introduced.
