目的评定气相色谱法测定活性炭管中萘含量的不确定度。方法分析评定标准溶液配置、标准曲线拟合、样品解吸、样品重复性测定等各不确定度分量,计算活性碳管中萘含量测定的不确定度。结果活性炭管中萘含量可表示为C=(11.3±1.5)μg/ml(k=2),扩展不确定度为1.5μg/ml。结论通过实验过程的多种影响因素分析,得出标准曲线拟和对不确定度的贡献最大,该方法适用于气相色谱法测定活性炭管中萘含量的不确定度评定。
Objective To assess the uncertainty of determination of naphthalene content in activated carbon tubes by gas chromatography. Methods The uncertainty components of standard solution configuration, standard curve fitting, sample desorption and sample repeatability were analyzed and evaluated, and the uncertainty of determination of naphthalene content in activated carbon tube was calculated. Results The naphthalene content in the activated carbon tube can be expressed as C = (11.3 ± 1.5) μg / ml (k = 2) with an extended uncertainty of 1.5 μg / ml. Conclusion Through the analysis of many influencing factors in the process of experiment, it is concluded that the standard curve fitting has the largest contribution to the uncertainty. This method is suitable for the determination of the uncertainty of naphthalene content in activated carbon tubes by gas chromatography.
