患者 女,51岁。右腰部胀痛一年余,随呼吸加重,无肉眼血尿。查体:一般情况可,右上腹部可触及一肿块,浅表淋巴结未触及。内分泌实验室检查无异常。ＣＴ检查:右肾上腺区混杂密度肿块影,含脂肪及软组织密度,ＣＴ值-86～64ＨＵ,大小约12ｃｍ×12ｃｍ,边界清楚,右肾轴扭转并受压向下
Patient Female, 51 years old. The right lumbar pain lasted more than a year. Heavily resuscitated with no hematuria. Physical examination: In general, a mass can be touched in the right upper abdomen and no superficial lymph nodes are touched. Endocrine laboratory tests were normal. CT examination: mixed adrenal masses in the right adrenal gland, containing fat and soft tissue density, CT values -86 to 64 HU, size approximately 12 cm x 12 cm, clear boundary, right renal axis twisted and compressed downward
