目的研究中药天麻对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法建立大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,腹腔注射天麻,测定肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO),以及血清尿素氮(BUN)。结果肾缺血40min再灌注6h、24h后肾组织SOD活性降低、MDA升高,血清BUN含量升高。应用天麻后肾组织的SOD活性升高(P<0.05)、MDA下降(P<0.01),血清BUN含量下降(P<0.01)。结论天麻能减轻肾缺血再灌注损伤,机制可能与提高SOD活性、清除自由基、减轻脂质过氧化反应有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of gastrodia elata on renal ischemia reperfusion injury and its mechanism. Methods Rat renal ischemia reperfusion injury model was established. Gastrodia elata was injected intraperitoneally. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), and serum urea nitrogen (BUN) were determined. Results After 40 min and 40 min of renal ischemia, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA increased, and the serum BUN increased after 6 h and 24 h. After the application of Gastrodia elata, the activity of SOD increased (P<0.05), MDA decreased (P<0.01), and serum BUN decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Gastrodia elata can relieve renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. The mechanism may be related to increasing SOD activity, scavenging free radicals, and alleviating lipid peroxidation.
