虽然我国大多数企业目前已经相继开始重视企业人力资源管理,但是在人力资源管理改革的创新方面仍然存在诸多问题。本文针对性的提出创新企业人力资源管理改革的具体措施,以期让众多人力资源管理人员共同探讨研究。
Although most of the enterprises in our country have begun to attach importance to human resource management in enterprises at present, there are still many problems in the innovation of human resource management reform. This paper puts forward concrete measures to innovate the reform of human resources management in order to allow many human resources managers to discuss together.
