精巧的教学设计,多媒体课件的灵活运用,打破了传统教育教学的“紧箍”——整齐划一、千人一面的弊端。不但能拓展学生的阅读面,提高阅读能力,而且能以生动逼真的教学情境,激发和提高学生的学习兴趣,解放了学生的思维,促进了学生个性的主动和谐发展。经过几年的实践与探索,小班化课堂教学设计在语文教学中已显示出了独特的魅力,直接引发了教学形式的多样化、教学过程的优化和教学质量的保障化。下面我结合自己的几个教学案例谈一些体会:
Sophisticated teaching design, flexible use of multimedia courseware, breaking the traditional education and teaching “tight ” - neatly unified, one thousand people side of the drawbacks. It can not only broaden students ’reading and improve reading ability, but also inspire and improve the students’ interest in learning by vivid teaching situations, liberate students ’thinking and promote the active and harmonious development of students’ personality. After several years of practice and exploration, small class teaching design has shown its unique charm in Chinese teaching, which directly leads to the diversification of teaching forms, the optimization of teaching process and the guarantee of teaching quality. Below I combine some of their own teaching cases to talk about some experience:
