目的考查多胺同类物CPF4对小鼠白血病细胞L1210的抑制作用及对抗癌药物阿霉素或长春新碱的增效作用。方法分别通过细胞记数法、MTT法及增效实验来确定多胺同类物CPF4对L1210细胞及阿霉素或长春新碱的影响。结果从时效、量效曲线及增效实验结果可以看出,多胺同类物CPF4对小鼠白血病细胞L1210的增殖具有抑制作用。能增强阿霉素、长春新碱等抗癌药物的疗效。结论多胺同类物CPF4对小鼠白血病细胞L1210的增殖具有抑制作用,并且对阿霉素、长春新碱等抗癌药物具有较强的增效作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of polyamine congener CPF4 on mouse leukemia cell line L1210 and its synergistic effect on anticancer drug doxorubicin or vincristine. Methods The effects of polyamine congener CPF4 on L1210 cells and doxorubicin or vincristine were determined by cell counting method, MTT assay and synergistic experiment respectively. Results From the aging, the dose-response curve and the results of the synergistic experiment, it can be seen that the polyamine congener CPF4 has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of the mouse leukemia cell line L1210. Can enhance the efficacy of doxorubicin, vincristine and other anti-cancer drugs. Conclusions The polyamine congener CPF4 has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of mouse leukemia cells L1210 and has a synergistic effect on anticancer drugs such as doxorubicin and vincristine.
