基于FDM的现代产品设计方法迎合现代工业设计与高科技融合的趋势,是集“创意设计”、“FDM成型”和“样机制作”于一体的产品开发方法。通过节能自动浇花器的设计与开发,研究了该方法在实施过程中建模设计、前处理参数控制和后处理工艺的技术要点,阐述了其交互设计、高效可靠、低成本的优点及FDM成型材料的缺陷,研究表明:该方法符合我国制造产业链向研发设计转型升级的需求。
The modern product design method based on FDM caters to the trend of modern industrial design and high-tech integration. It is a product development method integrating “creative design”, “FDM molding” and “prototype production”. Through the design and development of energy-saving automatic watering device, the technical points of modeling, pre-treatment parameter control and post-treatment process are studied. The advantages of interaction design, high efficiency, low cost and FDM molding The research shows that this method is in line with the demand of our manufacturing industry chain to transform and upgrade R & D design.
