生物分子表面的水在蛋白、核酸、生物膜结构的形成、稳定以及功能的实现中发挥着重要作用.半个多世纪以来,生物分子表面水如何参与生物过程的问题,持续引发关注.然而,目前为止对水分子如何具体发挥生物功能却仍然知之甚少.本文介绍了当前对生物分子表面水的微观结构和性质的一些研究及其进展,讨论了生物分子表面水的行为与实现生物功能的关系.最后,采用一个仿生表面的水行为,展现一个理解生物分子表面水以及生物分子表面水可能承载生物功能方面的新视角.
Water on the surface of biomolecules plays an important role in the formation, stabilization and functional realization of proteins, nucleic acids, biofilm structures, and the question of how biomolecule surface water participates in biological processes for more than half a century continues to attract attention. However, So far, little is known about how water molecules exert their biological functions in detail.This paper introduces the current research on the microscopic structure and properties of water molecules on the surface of biological molecules and their progress, and discusses the behavior of biological water molecules and the realization of biological functions Finally, adopting a bionic surface water behavior presents a new perspective on understanding the surface water of biomolecules and the biological functions that surface water may hold.
