二氯苯醚菊酯是一种优良的拟除虫菊酯类农药,它保持了除虫菊酯类农药的固有优点,又克服了易于光分解的缺点,成为一种既能防治卫生害虫,又能防治农业害虫的广谱性杀虫剂。在国内外受到很大重视,1975年江苏省农药研究所在国内首先试制成功。近几年来国内有关单位对其药效、毒性、毒理、残留等方面作了大量工作,资料证明二氯苯醚菊酯是兼备高效、低毒、低残留、广谱等优点的新型杀虫剂。它的杀虫效率高,比常用农药高出几倍至几百倍,而残留甚低,使用比较安全。农药施用后,除在作物上残留以外,在喷洒时必有一部分散落在土壤表层,且植株表面的农药受雨水等淋洗也将不断地进入土壤表层,在土壤中逐渐积聚。因此,土壤对农药的吸附性能和移动性能直接关系到土壤和环境污染的问题。1978~1979年我们用~(14)C标记的二氯苯醚菊酯,研究了它在土壤中的吸附性能和移动性能,以便为该农药在土壤环境中的安全性提供依据。
