目的 全面了解我县食品卫生现状,掌握影响食品卫生质量因素及不合格食品原因,为食品卫生监督部门决策提供科学依据。方法 对1997—2001年监测的22类3750件食品,根据国家标准进行检测及评价。结果 5年平均合格率为82.24%,各类食品的合格率介于47.83%~100.00%之间。结论 仍应加强食品卫生管理,加大执法力度,提高食品卫生质量。
Objective To comprehensively understand the present situation of food hygiene in our county, master the factors influencing the quality of food hygiene and the causes of unqualified foods, and provide scientific basis for decision-making of food hygiene supervision department. Methods Twenty-two kinds of 3750 foodstuffs monitored in 1997-2001 were tested and evaluated according to national standards. Results The average passing rate in 5 years was 82.24%. The pass rate of all kinds of food ranged from 47.83% to 100.00%. Conclusion The food hygiene management should still be strengthened, the intensity of law enforcement should be strengthened, and the quality of food hygiene should be improved.
