目的:明确2002-2005年三年来中国疾病预防控制体系人力综合素质的变化情况。方法:采用系统抽样的方法,调查全国省市县各级疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置的基本情况,并进行比较分析。结果:经过三年建设,疾病预防体系人力综合素质有所提高,综合得分从2002年的5.63提高到2005年的5.69,已经初步形成了“高素质人员流入、低素质人员流出”氛围。
Objective: To clarify the changes in the overall quality of manpower in China’s disease prevention and control system over the past three years from 2002 to 2005. Methods: The method of systematic sampling was used to investigate the basic situation of human resources allocation of disease prevention and control institutions at all levels in cities, counties, counties, and counties in China, and to conduct comparative analysis. Results: After three years of construction, the comprehensive quality of the disease prevention system has improved, and the overall score has increased from 5.63 in 2002 to 5.69 in 2005. This has initially formed an atmosphere of “high-quality personnel inflow and low-quality personnel outflow”.
