长期以来,在政绩考核中,一些 地方习惯于把政绩简单地等同于领导 干部任期内分管地区(部门)工作进 展状况,把政绩考核直接转换为对具 体工作阶段性结果的考核,尤其关注 那些反映工作进展状况的数量指标, 并以此作为考核评价干部的重要依据。 这种关注结果的考核方法具有一定合 理性,但是,当我们深入分析后就会 发现,这种单纯关注工作结果的验证 式政绩考核方式是值得商榷的。
