目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达与鼻腔鼻窦癌发生及侵袭行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测69例鼻腔鼻窦癌患者标本中癌组织、癌旁非典型增生组织和正常组织中COX-2的表达。结果:COX-2在鼻腔鼻窦癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织和正常组织中阳性表达率分别为65.22%、42.31%和3.33%。癌组织和非典型性增生组织中的阳性表达率显著高于正常组织(均P<0.01),而癌组织的阳性表达率又显著高于非典型性增生组织(P<0.05);从正常组织、癌旁不典型增生组织到癌组织,COX-2的表达率呈逐渐升高趋势;COX-2的阳性表达率与肿癌分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2可能在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤癌变和浸润侵袭过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and the occurrence and invasion of nasal sinus cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of COX-2 in 69 cases of nasal sinus cancer specimens, atypical hyperplasia of cancerous tissues and normal tissues. Results: The positive expression rates of COX-2 in nasal sinus cancer tissues, adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal tissues were 65.22%, 42.31% and 3.33% respectively. (P <0.01), while the positive expression rate of cancer tissues was significantly higher than that of atypical hyperplasia tissues (P <0.05). From the normal tissues (P <0.05). The positive rate of COX-2 was positively correlated with the grade of tumor (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: COX-2 may play an important role in carcinogenesis and invasion of nasal sinus cancer.
