随着生产的发展,设备的更新,地矿行业对工人的素质提出了更高的要求。从1983年以来,地矿部所属各技工学校,已培养了一大批新型技术工人,有力地推动了地质职工队伍的技术素质的提高。据甘肃地矿局1983年的统计,全局仅有技校毕业生40余人,占技术工人总数的1%,并且主要集中在汽车驾驶和机修专业。到1989年,全局累计新增技校毕业生220余人,专业涉及到地质、钻探、坑探、化验等10多个工种,在技工中所占的比例也上升到6%,目前尚有在校学生280余人。技校教育在培养新型技术工人及解决职工子女就业问题上发挥了重要的作用。
With the development of production and the updating of equipment, the geology and mining industry places higher demands on the quality of workers. Since 1983, all mechanic schools affiliated to the Ministry of Mines and Minerals have trained a large number of new-type skilled workers and effectively promoted the improvement of the technical quality of the geological workforce. According to the statistics of Gansu Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources in 1983, there were only more than 40 technical graduates in the overall situation, accounting for 1% of the total number of skilled workers, and mainly concentrated in the field of automobile driving and mechanics. By 1989, a total of more than 220 technocentric graduates had been added to the overall situation, involving more than 10 types of work such as geology, drilling, pit exploration and laboratory testing, and their share in mechanics has also risen to 6%. Currently, there are still students More than 280 people. Technical school education plays an important role in cultivating new types of skilled workers and in solving the employment problem of workers and children.
