目的 :探讨一定声功率下 ,高强度聚焦超声 ( high- intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)辐照肿瘤细胞的时间 -温度关系。方法 :应用频率 0 .8MHz,焦点平均声强 30 0 0 W/ cm2 的 HIFU连续辐照人卵巢上皮癌细胞( HO8910 ) ,通过热电偶温度计连续测温 ,观察时间与温度的关系。结果 :在超声强度一定的前提下 ,随着辐照时间的延长 ,温度增加。但两者不成比例。结论 :HIFU辐照时的时间 -温度关系为非线性关系
Objective: To investigate the time-temperature relationship of tumor cells irradiated by high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) under certain sound power. METHODS: HIFU with a frequency of 0.8 MHz and an average focal intensity of 30 0 W/cm2 was continuously irradiated on human ovarian epithelial cancer cells (HO8910). The thermocouple thermometer was used to measure the temperature continuously and the relationship between time and temperature was observed. Results : Under the premise of constant ultrasound intensity, the temperature increased with the increase of irradiation time. But the two are not proportional. Conclusion: The time-temperature relationship of HIFU irradiation is nonlinear
