目的观察改良式全自动清洗消毒机降低医院消毒物品交叉感染的效果,为提高医院物品消毒质量提供参考。方法医院院感科自行设计改良式全自动清洗消毒机于2012年5月-2013年5月供应中心启用,对启用期间(观察组)医院复用湿化瓶的清洗消毒效果进行统计,并与启用前(对照组)数据进行比较,分析改良式全自动清洗消毒机降低医院复用消毒物品交叉感染的意义;所得数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组对湿化瓶清洁度常规抽样检测和消毒效果抽样监测合格率均为100.0%,明显优于对照组的合格率92.8%和95.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组采用改良式全自动清洗消毒机后湿化瓶耗损率为0.5%,明显低于对照组的3.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式全自动清洗消毒机操作简易可靠,能够提高院内复用湿化瓶的清洗消毒效果,并具有良好的重现性和实用性,可在同级医院推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of modified automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine to reduce the cross-infection of disinfectant in hospitals and provide references for improving the disinfection quality of hospital articles. Methods The hospital self-designed modified automatic washing and disinfecting machine was started in May 2012-May 2013 in the supply center. The cleaning and disinfecting effects of the reused wet-forming bottle in the hospital (observation group) Before the start (control group) data were compared to analyze the modified automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine to reduce the significance of cross-contamination of hospital re-use of disinfectant; the data obtained by SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The sampling and monitoring rates of routine sampling and disinfection in the observation group were all 100.0%, which were significantly better than those in the control group (92.8% and 95.0%, respectively) (P <0.05) The consumption rate of humidified bottle after modified automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine was 0.5%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The modified automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine is easy and reliable to operate, which can improve the cleaning and disinfection effect of reusing humidified bottles in the hospital. It has good reproducibility and practicability and can be popularized and applied in the same level of hospitals.
