针对特厚煤层采出率低、“三下”及其他特殊地质条件下特厚煤层采场围岩移动破坏与地表沉陷控制困难的问题,提出了特厚煤层长壁巷式胶结充填开采技术。在研究特厚煤层长壁巷式胶结充填开采技术原理的基础上,系统阐述了该技术的开采系统布置、主要设备与巷式充填开采工艺;并对胶结充填材料的组成及其承载特性进行了研究,确定了适用于工程现场的充填材料干料配比为粉煤灰35%、白灰渣10%、水泥2%、矸石53%,料浆质量分数为79%,该配比充填材料单轴抗压强度可达1.8 MPa。现场工程应用表明:该技术充实率可达96.1%,开采21 m厚的煤层地表下沉最大值为265 mm,地表下沉系数仅为0.012 6,应用效果良好。
