在天津有一个华夏未来幼教集团,在这个集团中,有7所各具特色的幼儿园。它的办园模式,它的管理思想,它所带来的巨大社会效益和经济效益,深深地吸引着我。近日我和我的同事多次与这个集团的幼儿园进行了“亲密接触”。我要做“访谈”的愿望欲罢不能。华夏未来幼教集团的总园长是马丽莉女士,虽然她有很多荣誉称号,像全国劳动模范、特级教师等,但在做这次“访谈”之后,我却可以这样称呼这位受访者———一个站在幼教前沿阵地敢于冲锋的勇士。家园联系,不是新话题,但是对家园联系的理性思考,却折射出受访者那独特的思维———好的幼儿园要让家长接受和喜欢,与家长的沟通和互动是最重要的,甚至在某些情况下还要向家长学习。我们探讨的话题从此开始。
In Tianjin, there is a future preschool education group in China. In this group, there are 7 unique kindergartens. It’s Office Park mode, its management thinking, it brings tremendous social and economic benefits, deeply attracted me. Recently, my colleagues and I conducted “close contacts” with the group’s kindergarten on many occasions. My desire to be “interviewed” can not be stopped. The presiding officer of Huaxia Future Preschool Education Group is Ms. Ma Li Li. Although she has many honorary titles such as national model workers and super teachers, after completing this “interview,” I can call this interviewee - - A warrior who dares to assault on the forefront of early childhood education. Home contact is not a new topic, but rational thinking about home contact reflects the unique thinking of respondents --- good kindergarten should be accepted and liked by parents, and communication and interaction with parents are paramount. In some cases, you have to learn from your parents. The topic we explored began.
