以从皮革废弃物中提取的胶原蛋白为原料,经丙烯腈接枝改性后与聚丙烯腈共混纺丝,制成了胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维。通过对不同后处理工艺下的纤维的力学性能进行测试,从而确定了最佳的后处理工艺,并研究了不同胶原蛋白含量对纤维力学性能的影响。
Using collagen extracted from leather waste as raw material, graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile and polyacrylonitrile to prepare collagen-modified acrylic fiber. By testing the mechanical properties of the fibers under different post-treatment conditions, the best post-treatment process was determined and the effect of different collagen content on the mechanical properties of the fibers was studied.
