目的:考察细辛凝胶剂中甲基丁香酚与马兜铃酸A的经皮吸收特性。方法:以SD大鼠腹部离体皮肤为渗透屏障,应用Franz扩散池进行离体经皮吸收实验,高效液相色谱法测定甲基丁香酚与马兜铃酸A的含量。结果:本实验方法下得出甲基丁香酚的时间-累积透过量方程为:Q=0.029 4t-0.008 9,相关系数r为0.990 7,稳态渗透速率J为0.029 4 mg/cm~2/h。细辛凝胶剂接受液中未检测出马兜铃酸A。结论:初步阐述甲基丁香酚的经皮吸收特性与马兜铃酸A的经皮含量,为细辛凝胶剂多组分经皮吸收规律研究奠定基础。
Objective: To investigate the percutaneous absorption of methyl eugenol and aristolochic acid A in Asarum gels. Methods: The isolated skin of abdomen of SD rats was used as the permeation barrier. The Franz diffusion cells were used for percutaneous absorption test. The contents of methyl eugenol and aristolochic acid A were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The time-cumulant permeation equation of methyl eugenol was: Q = 0.029 4t-0.008 9, the correlation coefficient r was 0.990 7 and the steady-state permeation rate J was 0.029 4 mg / cm ~ 2 / h Aristolochic acid A was not detected in aspart gel receiving solution. CONCLUSION: The percutaneous absorption of methyl eugenol and the transdermal content of aristolochic acid A are preliminarily described, which lays the foundation for the study of percutaneous absorption of aspartyl gel multi-component.
