February 18, the 59th World Press Photo Contest (Holland) winning entries announced in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A total of 5775 photographers from 128 countries participated in the contest with 82,951 entries and the annual picture of the European refugee theme “The Hope of a New Life” filmed by Australian photographer Wallace Richardson won the photo. According to him, on the day he took the photo, he was exhausted exhausted by the border and quietly pressed the shutter when he saw the scene at about 3 a.m. To avoid getting caught, and to avoid exposing the character, he can not use a flash or make a clear face. Photo environment is a barbed wire across Hungary and Serbia at the junction - Lokai village. The story is that some of the refugees from Syria were engineers, so they destroyed the barbed wire and created a hole through which people could pass. A man then sent a baby out of the hole and arrived in Hungary. Under the weak light of the picture a bit illusory, a bit fuzzy, but there is no lack of a glimpse of reality and sense of presence.
