以爆轰法合成的纳米金刚石作为填料,加入到双酚A型口腔用光固化复合树脂中,研究了纳米金刚石对树脂性能的影响。金刚石用硅烷偶联剂进行表面改性。结果发现:偶联剂化学接枝到金刚石表面,改性后的金刚石在乙醇中的分散稳定性得到提高;加入0.2%(质量分数)的改性纳米金刚石后,复合树脂的挠曲强度和硬度分别提高35.4%和29.8%,改性金刚石的增强作用明显优于未经改性的金刚石;同时金刚石的加入也改善了树脂的韧性。
The nano-diamond synthesized by detonation method was used as filler to add into the bisphenol A-type light-curing composite resin for oral cavity to study the influence of nano-diamond on the properties of the resin. Diamond is surface-modified with a silane coupling agent. The results showed that the coupling agent was chemically grafted to the diamond surface, the dispersion stability of the modified diamond in ethanol was improved. After adding 0.2% (mass fraction) modified nano-diamond, the flexural strength and hardness Respectively, by 35.4% and 29.8% respectively. The reinforcing effect of the modified diamond is obviously better than that of the unmodified diamond. At the same time, the addition of diamond also improves the toughness of the resin.
