国企薪酬制度改革是国企管理体制改革的重要组成部分,尤其在高管薪酬体系方面,一直存在着年薪过高、考核不合理、激励作用欠缺等问题,所以必须积极推进高管薪酬制度改革,增加高管薪酬与企业绩效的关联性。本文对国企薪酬制度改革面临的难点进行分析,并提出解决对策,期望对构建科学合理的国企高管薪酬分配体系有所帮助。
