现代管理思想强调人是管理的核心。能否有效的调动起教职工的积极性成为幼儿园管理的关键与问题所在。因此,综合心理学与管理学的视角,笔者认为,追溯教职工工作积极性的原动力,深入了解并分析,通过情感融合、成就激励、专业成长等管理手段,激发教职工的内在潜力是建设结构合理、质量过硬的教职工队伍的有效途径。 Modern management emphasizes people as the core of management. Whether to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers becomes the key and problem of kindergarten management.
