Accelerated corrosion (low temperature hot corrosion) caused by molten salt between 600 ℃ and 850 ℃ in the gas turbine high-temperature Taijin component is an important issue in the current hot corrosion research. Most of the hot corrosion of ships and some industrial turbines This class. There have been many studies on the accelerated corrosion mechanism of nickel-based alloys, but no good explanation has been given yet. In this work, the molten salt corrosion behavior of pure nickel under several different conditions at 705 ℃ was studied, and the mechanism of accelerated corrosion of nickel was also discussed.
