目的:近年来不增强磁共振血管成像技术越来越受到关注。由于钆对比剂广泛应用于全身血管成像时,它在肾功能不全的患者可出现肾源性系统性纤维化,为了安全的考虑,飞利浦公司推出了不增强磁共振的血管成像软件包syngo NATIVE,用以满足患者的临床需求。syngo NATIE包括两种不同的技术:syng NATIVE True FISP和syngo NATIVE SPACE,我们把前者用于腹部动脉、特别是肾动脉成像,后者用于外周动脉血管的成像。现就这两种技术的方法,梯度回波序列、自选回拨序列及临床应用做一介绍。
