利用质性研究方法,运用自编的半结构式访谈提纲,通过对兰州市优秀中小学体育教师的访谈,了解中小学优秀体育教师在教学中遇到的偶发事件,对其进行分析归类,并揭示体育教师处理这些偶发事件的方法及遵循的原则,形成相关理论。以发展并培养中小学体育教师处理偶发事件的能力,从而为提高中小学体育教学质量,促进中小学体育教师的成长作有益的探索。
Through the interview with the excellent primary and secondary school PE teachers in Lanzhou, using the method of qualitative research, using the self-designed semi-structured interview outline, we can understand the accidental events encountered by the primary and secondary PE teachers in teaching and classify them. Reveal the method and follow-up principle of physical education teachers in dealing with these contingencies and form relevant theories. So as to develop and cultivate the ability of primary and secondary school PE teachers to deal with occasional events so as to make useful exploration for improving the quality of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools and promoting the growth of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.
