以赤铁矿和高岭土为对象,分别在脂肪酸类、羟肟酸类、胺类捕收剂浮选体系中考察赤铁矿和高岭石的浮选行为。研究了捕收剂种类及用量、pH值对赤铁矿、高岭石分离的影响。结果表明:在矿浆pH值为9、捕收剂LF-4用量为1.4kg/t,柴油用量为0.12kg/t时,赤铁矿的浮选回收率为85.48%,高岭石的浮选回收率为2.25%,其浮选回收率之差达到83.23%,捕收剂LF-4对赤铁矿和高岭石的选择性最好。
Taking hematite and kaolin as objects, the flotation behaviors of hematite and kaolinite were investigated respectively in flotation systems of fatty acids, hydroxamic acids and amine collectors. The effects of collector type and dosage, pH value on the separation of hematite and kaolinite were studied. The results showed that the flotation recovery of hematite was 85.48% when the pH value of slurry was 9, the amount of LF-4 collector was 1.4kg / t and the amount of diesel was 0.12kg / t. The flotation of kaolinite The recovery rate was 2.25%. The difference between flotation recoveries was 83.23%. The collector LF-4 had the best selectivity for hematite and kaolinite.
