本文分析了N离子注入棉花干种子后,不同剂量对发芽率和存苗率的影响以及胚芽中酯酶同功酶、过氧化物酶同功酶和微核细胞率的变化。结果表明:微核细胞率随离子注入剂量增加而递增,酯酶和过氧化物酶同功酶的活性和数量均有变化。40剂量处理的胚芽中两种酶的同功酶酶谱变化最大,且存苗率与对照无显著差异。
In this paper, the effect of different doses on the germination rate and survival rate of seedlings and the changes of esterase, peroxidase isoenzyme and micronuclei in embryos were analyzed after N ions were infused into dry seeds of cotton. The results showed that the rate of micronuclei increased with the increase of ion implantation dose, while the activity and quantity of esterase and peroxidase isoenzyme varied. Enzyme zymograms of the two enzymes in the germ with 40 doses had the largest change, and the seedling survival rate was not significantly different from the control.
